Although I have two papers to work on tonight and I broke a nail today (I've been doing so good with them too...), today has already been good for a variety of reasons:

1. merfdawg got into nursing school!!! Go congratulate her NOW!

2. I found out who my roommate for next year is...none other than the younger sister of kitsune714! So that should definitely be cool. For once I have a cool roommate that I know!

3. GU History Bowl was quite fun I volunteered for them last year too. It's a European history competition for area high schoolers. The winners, Commonwealth Governor's School, were amazingly good...well, their captain was at least.

4. Georgetown's next NIT game will be on TV Tuesday night 7PM on ESPN. Everyone here better watch us kill Cal State Fullerton and look for me in the stands cause the game will be at McDonough Arena right here on campus! I'll probably be in the middle of the student bleachers towards the front (since I'm short and all) and I'll have John, Jon and Joe with me.

So yeah, off to work and eventually eat.

Needless to say, a 6'4 foreign girl asking you to do anything is kinda weird so yeah.

Let's see what happened this weekend...

Friday: Read some, turned in my first paper of the tomorrow (which I get back tomorrow -_-), got "Office Space" cheap at FYE and hit up The Tombs.

Saturday: John's parents came to buy him furniture. I went over to his place and helped him assemble his new coffee table. Went to dinner at Red Sage <3333 (I had buffalo for dinner! Heh.) John caught a cold so I put him to bed early.

Sunday: Bummed around John's for awhile. His parents came over and cooked us dinner and just gave me a ride home.

All in all, a good time and I got to escape work for awhile which was nice. I wish more weekends were as free as this one. Anyways, next weekend should be fun too though. FRIDAY = WAWA FIELD TRIP!!!!! We're taking John and Jon for their first classic hoagies and half gallons. ::sniff sniff:: It's going to be a beautiful moment.

I'm listening to all the Partyline phone posts right now and laughing my ass off. +10 for you kids. WOOT.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to sarahrg, vanessaetc and meadowsoprano for their lovely X-mas cards and extra love to meadowsoprano for my lovely new Bush band! WOOT.
